I've been waiting for something profound to write about, if i was ever going to start writing on here... But in the meatime. web log entry one. Margot at the Wedding is an exceptional movie. Brutal, bitter lines. Jack Black providing pitch perfect sad, comic relief. Edgy, involving cinematography. I liked it more than i expected. And i had high expectations. It took the foundation of the Squid and the Whale and built on it. Apparently Eric Rohmer is the biggest influence. I should go back and seriously watch Eric Rohmer movies....
